Eligibility and access

You may participate only through an invitation issued to you, using accurate account information. Invitations are personal, revocable, time-limited, and may not be shared. Toyo may cap the cohort, require an update, suspend a feature, or end access to protect users, data, infrastructure, or the test.

Closed alpha and Stripe simulation

The alpha costs you $0. Base ($20), Advanced ($100), and Advanced+ ($200) are proposed monthly plans displayed only in Stripe test mode. No real purchase, renewal, refund, credit, or financial obligation is created. Use only Stripe test cards and never submit a real card, bank account, or other real payment detail. Invitation access is independent from fake Checkout success, failure, or cancellation.

Experimental-product warning

Toyo is unfinished and may be unavailable, inaccurate, insecure, destructive, or lose state. AI output can be wrong. Review proposed actions and generated work before relying on them. Maintain independent backups and do not use the alpha as the only copy of important data or for production, emergency, safety-critical, regulated, or high-impact decisions.

Your responsibilities

• Use Toyo only on accounts, systems, applications, and data you are authorized to access.
• Protect account, device, invitation, and remote-access credentials; promptly report suspected compromise.
• Comply with the Acceptable Use Policy, provider terms, law, and third-party rights.
• Do not upload confidential, personal, regulated, or proprietary content unless you have authority and accept the preview risk.

Feedback, changes, and termination

You may provide feedback voluntarily. Unless separately agreed in writing, Toyo may use feedback without restriction or payment, and neither side is required to treat ordinary feedback as confidential. You may leave at any time. Toyo may revoke access for safety, abuse, policy breach, test completion, or operational reasons. Local data may remain on your devices until you remove it.

Preview availability and liability

The alpha is provided as available, without service-level commitment or warranties to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Toyo Labs is not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or lost-data damages arising from the closed-alpha preview. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Questions, withdrawal, vulnerabilities, and incident reports can be submitted through Contact. Material term changes may require renewed acceptance.
