Do not misuse access
- Do not share invitations, accounts, device tokens, remote grants, test-card details tied to another tester, or attempts to bypass cohort, tier, usage, model, rate, or feature controls.
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer for abuse, introduce malware, evade safeguards, or access another person's data, session, device, workspace, or provider account.
- Do not use remote control, browser automation, integrations, or file tools without the owner's informed authorization.
Illegal and harmful uses
Do not use Toyo to facilitate unlawful activity, fraud, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, exploitation, harassment, discrimination, weapons harm, sexual abuse content, or instructions intended to cause physical or digital harm. Do not use generated output to impersonate or deceive people about material facts.
Data and intellectual property
Submit only content you are allowed to use. Respect privacy, confidentiality, copyright, license, database, publicity, and other rights. Do not remove provenance or safety information to misrepresent generated material. Use test or minimized data whenever practical during the alpha.
High-impact decisions
Do not rely on the alpha as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, insurance, education, law-enforcement, emergency, or other high-impact decisions. Obtain qualified human review and comply with applicable rules.
Enforcement and reporting
Toyo may rate-limit, disable a feature, preserve relevant audit evidence, suspend access, or remove a tester when necessary to investigate or contain misuse. Report vulnerabilities privately through Contact; do not expose user data or publicly disclose an unpatched issue. See the Alpha Terms.
